The Global Sustainable Transport Cultural Exchange Project (2024) is hosted by the Ministry of Transport and undertaken by GSTIKC. The project has been held for 4 weeks in September 2024, with the theme of “Sustainable Transport Development and Youth Power”.
The project invited 29 government officials, senior managers, and experts and scholars in the field of transport from 23 countries, including Belarus, Brazil, Cambodia, Congo Brazzaville, Ethiopia, Greece, Guinea, Guyana, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Panama, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Vietnam.
The project focused on four themes: international cooperation in transport field, intelligent transformation of transport, sustainable development of rail transit, and management of transport infrastructure construction. It conducted on-site training, lectures, exchange and discussion activities in Beijing, Zhejiang Province, Guangdong Province, and Sichuan Province.
